Location

Share where you are so your guide can suggest what’s near you — or enter a place or coordinates. While sharing is on, your location is recorded periodically (about every 5 minutes) as you move, so the guide stays current; turn sharing off any time to stop.

Maps & directions

Which app opens when you tap “Directions”. Auto follows your device; choose Google or Apple to always use that one.

Travel mode

Walking is the default. The faster modes look ahead along your route and open directions to match; bike, scooter, car, RV and off-road read replies aloud hands-free while you ride or drive; car, RV and off-road also surface fuel, rest stops, campgrounds and RV spots. If we notice you moving fast on foot, we’ll ask how you’re getting around — we never assume.
